Comstock Pottery Pie Dish

This classic Lemon Meringue Pie speaks for itself, and yes it was delicious. I used a Comstock Pottery pie dish and followed the recipe on the Jell-o Cook and Serve lemon box with homemade crust. I use crisco shortening in the crust. I add 2 T of real lemon juice to the pudding mix which makes the lemon flavor much more tart! Love it!
